Bob Seger Tour 2011 Hits Michigan!Bob Seger is rocking audiences as the 2011 Bob Seger tour hits American cities and the master brings his awesome catalog to life. Seger recently performed a home state concert in Saginaw, Michigan and he let it be known that he really loved playing to his fellow Michigan natives. Seger had Don Brewer and Craig Frost with him and Seger says "both being from the Flint/Saginaw area also pumped up the crowd, which makes it a lot of fun." The Michigan trio made sure that Bob Seger fans didn't go unsatisfied, as they sang along with the band and a great Bob Seger concert was enjoyed by all. "It's great anytime we play in Michigan," Seger said, "we see friends and people we've worked with through the years in the audience. I had a great night; it was a great crowd." Bob Seger tickets are selling massive amounts as he and the Silver Bullet Band, playing a great assortment of old and new tunes, work their way through all the cities that inspired their art. Seger says he wanted to make sure they played a lot of different songs. "We've got 34 songs so far," he revealed, "and I think at a max we can do 25 in a show, and I keep working them up. That's the fun for me is changing the show a little bit. We're just trying to surprise some people who will say, 'Oh, wow, I forgot he did that.'" They say in showbusiness that you have to give the people what they want. Looks like Bob Seger understands this. No weird unplugged versions, no rearranged tunes, no gimmicks. Just good solid heartlands rock played by guys who know how Americans think. Check out our Bob Seger schedule and hear the main man live.
