Seems like the Rodeo and PBR is heating up!

Well I know that Bob Seger is a huge rodeo fan, and so am I! How can you beat seeing these fantastic athletes riding some of the biggest creatures on the planet? (if you don't believe me check out the PBR Bulls!Its always a great time when you have Rodeo tickets, so if you are a fan get out there soon. If you have never been to a rodeo, then you need to! The Flight of the Conchords is my new favorite act

Now that Bob Seger has slowed down some, I have been expanding my musical horizons past the legend, even into new types of music I never thought twice about. One of my favorite bands that has come out in the past few years is this comedy duo from New Zealand by the name of the Flight of the Conchords. They are downright geniuses if you ask me, and have me rolling on the floor each time I see them perform. They are not only hilarious butcan play the instrument too. The countdown has begun! On November 8th, Bob Seger & The Silver Bullet Band will launch their first concert tour in 10 years at the Van Andel Arena in Grand Rapids, Michigan. It sold out in FOUR minutes!
I can just feel the energy that's being generated from this concert, this tour, this BAND! Even though I've waited ten years, it's almost as if these last couple of days are going to kill me! I guess when you know it's coming it makes it that much more exciting. I'm the same person that can't wait until Christmas to open gifts that get put under the tree early. And this is probably the biggest gift I could get all year. =)

Face the Promise will really rock

Yes, it's been ten years since he's toured, but it's been 11 since his last album, the longest break in 61-year-old Seger's history.

"Face the Promise" is supposed to really rock. Here, listen to Bob tell it...

"It's a pretty high-energy rock record," Seger recently told USA Today. "I would say it's more rock 'n' roll than usual. I wrote a lot of songs, a lot of songs. I probably recorded about 30, but the best songs happened to be more rock-leaning."
